Imam Sadiq (A) was asked, Why was Fatima (A) given the name ‘Zahra’? He replied, ‘Because when she would stand in the place of prayer (mihrab), her light would shine upon the inhabitants of the skies just as the stars shine upon the inhabitants of the earth
