According to the traditional Shia narrative, Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman were not the rightful caliphs; they

usurped the right of Imam Ali in order to rule over the Muslim Ummah. Does being Shia not mean that we

disassociate ourselves with the likes of Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman? Aisha was an enemy of Imam Ali- how can

we unite with those who love her? For anyone who has understood even the basic principles of Islam, the

concept of unity should be a no-brainer. Yet, a lot of people are confused.
